For example, you may be able to request a quote or order with a manufacturer through our CloudGDS application which may require us to send your personal information to that manufacturer. Such information will never be sent by GDS without prompting for your approval immediately before the transfer of information takes place.

When you contact GDS, we may keep a record of your communication to help solve any issues you might be facing. We may use your email address to inform you about our services, such as letting you know about upcoming changes or improvements.

We use information collected from cookies and other technologies to improve your user experience and the overall quality of our services. For example, by saving your regional preferences, we’ll be able to display manufacturers from your region.

We will ask for your consent before using information for a purpose other than those that are set out in this Privacy Policy.


How you can control the information sent to GDS
