Bug Fixes:

• Attempts to resolve a program freeze that can occur when refreshing the parts list.

• Attempts to resolve a text wrapping problem in the cut list. Note the inch marker " has been removed for now because it seemed to be affecting the line wrapping in negative ways.

• Auto-splice commands are now removed when a new command or alteration to the frame make it not needed.

• Reports explorer was not loading/saving properly in some cases
